Week 4 of the diet

So week for I can hardly believe it the time has gone so fast. So monday was weigh in day and I lost this week 5lb I have no idea why what I have done differently. Although I'm trilled as this takes me to 15lb in total I would prefer to lose less as the slower you lose the slower it goes back on. So Jon and I have really got our heads round it now Sunday we plan our meals for the week. We write them on a piece of paper and we know where we are that way. I really think its all in the planning I'm hoping this week to lose 1lb or hopefully 2 but time will tell see you at the weigh in
