Week 5 Of The Diet

So week 5 saw the loss of 1lb which I'm over the moon about so now I am 16 lighter then when I started which is amazing. This week I'm going to track my points and addition to my daily points we get 49 treat points which we never touch so this week we are having a treat. Chips are defiantly on the menu and I can't wait.
