Ok so last Monday I lost 2lb bringing my total to 23 lb which I'm over the moon about. Still doing exactly the same thing following the plan but have used some of my treat points. I'm losing at a average of 2.5lb a week which is ment to be a healthily rate to lose. I've also worked out if I was to carry on losing at that rate by the time I go away I could have lost over 6 stone I am expecting the weight loss to slow do so If I was to lose 1lb still be really pleased. So weight in tonight fingers crossed its a lose as I could reach my first set target tonight. Hope your all doing well.
